Le Manoir is set amid more than four acres lavish gardens. From the tranquil, leafy arbor within sight of the Manor House where a wrought-iron table and chairs awaits visitors eager for a place to relax and sip cocktails, to the magnificent alley of linden trees which affords a golden, dappled shade, there is ample space to roam and play in luxuriant glades and broad manicured lawns amid the scents of the many rose gardens, flourishing lilac and clematis. A second picnic table sits in the shade of a 250-year-old fir tree, which predates the venerable Manor House itself.
In the shade of the mansion, an expansive terrace in a soft rose limestone known as pierre de Bourgogne forms a silky beach underfoot around the sapphire-blue waters of the swimming pool (measuring 36x18 ft. and maintained completely ecologically). Four elegant, contemporary aluminum and teak loungers flank cocktail tables where you can relax in the sunshine.
